Last January, Trouw Nutrition conducted a customer satisfaction survey via an independent research firm named KCM. KCM is a Dutch organization specialized in customer and employee satisfaction surveys. For more information on KCM please visit their site. We thank our customers who took the time to fill out the survey.
Trouw Nutrition scores an 8.1 on customer satisfaction. This is a significant improvement on last year's score (a 7.7), and we are very pleased with this. In addition, 86% of respondents rated us with an 8 or higher. Of course, the customer satisfaction survey also revealed points of attention that we will address in the coming period. We hope to be able to show improvement in these areas soon!
